This is going to seem like the most minuscule thing, but seriously, ban offering extra credit for buying things or going to events in the public school system. It is a violation of the Equal Opportunity Policy instilled at every puplic institution.

The media has always been important in policy making. Even in George Washington's day the newspapers and magazines of the time printed opinions for and against various people and issues.

Besides, if Congress acts on it you can be assured it will be in the media at some point in time.
