Yes and in the talks should of required NK to get rid of the million man army stop building weapons as in tanks, trucks and etc and put that money into feeding the country, none of that was in the talks and it is ridiculous to have any military when the country is broke

they pulled that one before.they wont give them up because they know we cant do anything militarily as long as they have one pointed at south korea.
