Queerness is complex, anyone could be either or in any slight of mind -- anyone who can't see this is living a lie.
Sorry if I offend anybody...

Why should they not engage in relations if they so choose? I agree that in certain regards people are queer (not used as slang for homosexual), and would say that in many regards most people do have some homosexual side, even if it is nothing more than having a best friend of the same gender that one connects with in a 'spiritual' way, though you could describe your reasons a bit better than 'anyone who can't see this is living a lie.'
However, 'gay oriented folks' (who usually refer to themselves as homosexuals...or sometimes 'people,' as shocking as it may seem) have just as much right to engage in 'relations' as 'un-gay oriented folks' (who refer to themselves as 'people,' or sometimes heterosexuals). I can't see any reason that they shouldn't.
Some homosexuals do live spiritual lives. Not all are 'relation' maniacs. Just like not all 'straights' are spiritual maniacs, but instead choose to 'relation' it up with each other rather often.

Can't "spiritual" people stop judging? After all, if you want to haul out the religions card...the Bible says, judge not lest ye be judged...and by which judgment you judge, you shall be judged. Look to your own house.......

Yes they can. And I'm sure some do. It's no different for a gay person than it is for you. Would you give up sex to live a "spiritual life?"

It is possible to be spiritual and still have sex. If you are gay, do what makes you happy, if you are not, than it doesn't effect you anyway, so don't worry about it.

I am gay so I feel qualified to answer this. To answer your question, ABSOLUTELY. Gay people can abstain from sex just like straight people do. Some straight people have to have sex everynight, and some gay people do as well. Other straights might get it once a year, and other gays might get it once a year. Straight people are here biologically to reproduce. Gay people are here biologically to ensure that we don't become an over populated planet. I think straights and gays (and everyone in between) are more alike than different.

Of course, anyone can choose to live a celibate life. Note the word "choose."

If you're saying that gays should not engage in sex because it offends you, I'd say you could mind your own business.

If you have a myspace, I urge you to join the "Christian Teens of Myspace" group, where this debate has been going on for awhile...

There are still some holdouts, but the general consensus is that acknowledging the attractiveness of others is not sinful, since it is not possible to control whom or what you find attractive. It is when you see that person as an object of pleasure (in other words, when you start lusting after them) that you begin to sin. Lust is condemned in the Bible, as are homosexual ACTIONS, but no one has yet to provide scriptural evidence that thinking that someone is attractive is sinful.

it would help if your question made sense really my friend!! in this day and age...the gay population are not called queers - they are just other human beings trying to live a happy life...you sound a bit 'confused'...maybe put your question into a sensible sentence!!

people are born with freedom of choice if two people of the same sex should feel that they want to be intimate with each other rather than with members of the opposite sex it is completely up them. That's their freedom of choice. Maybe they are living their lives similar to the live of us "straight" people, who cares who they love, as long as they love. Who are we to judge them, its whatever floats their boat right.

So your asking if someone would willingly choose to forgo love? Why would anyone in their right mind want to? Oh, I'm sorry, I guess I answered my own question.
