I am very curious to know the answer to this. I have a problem, no condition, that when every time I go to urinate, when I am finished I have a few drops of pee still in me that won't come out unless i absorb it with toilet tissue. I can shake and shake and shake and no matter what when I go to put it back up some will still leak out into my underwear and I find that very uncomfortable. I have only noticed one other guy with the same condition. I know because he always uses the toilet to urinate, for the toilet tissue (like me), and if I'm already at the toilet he grabs paper towel before going to the urinal (again like me). So how common is this condition? If you are a male answering this let me know whether or not you experience this and how often. With me it's every single time. Also state whether or not you just let it drip dry or if you use toilet tissue/papertowel to absord it out. If your're a doctor let me know what you have experienced with this.

I have the same problem. No matter how much i shake it off a few drops are always there to leave an evidence. Maybe the problem gets worse with the age.
Sometimes we we love during our lunch time. My girlfriend from her office calls and tells me that she is dripping as we speak! Is this common?

Pretty common. There was even a cartoon in the National Lampoon about it several years ago ("No matter how much you shake it, you just can't get rid of that last drop!"). Sometimes, for me, it's just a drop or two, and sometimes enough to make my shorts slightly wet. If we didn't wear clothes, it probably would never be noticed. The cause probably is that the sphincter muscle (valve) is way up in the urinary tract, so even when it shuts off, the urethra (that runs the length of your penis) still has urine in it and it just continues to drain out.

Common, but one easy remedy is to milk out the final few drops- use your finger and thumb and stroke up from the base, that will force it out. You can practice, and soon be able to do this in just a second, not even noticeable-then shake off what ever is left. No need to wipe because you got those annoying final few drops out.

It happens to me pretty frequently. What I need to do is either use some toilet paper or when I'm finished peeing, start from the base of my penis and squeeze any bit of pee out. For me, starting at the very base helps a great deal.

I have the same problem.
I tries sqeezing shaking swinging and jumping up and down and none of that ever worked.
So i just let it leak out. UNLESS there is a automatic hand dryer near by.
Then i use that to dry it off.
