I have Italian sausage, fried dough, cotton candy, pizza, and some barbecue beef or pork if it's available. And, yeah, these are absolutely necessary beforeI I go home.

County fair: Used to get a pork ribs BBQ dinner with ribs so smoked they were red inside from being smoked, baked beans, cole slaw, and corn bread. The ribs were great 5 or 6 in the serving, the BBQ sauce was just okay though, the beans were fairly generic, the coleslaw was decent enough (and I never got sick) and the cornbread was sweet enough even if it was slightly dry. Still the best value complete dinner on the midway. Worst value ever was only four frog legs on top of fries in a standard size french fry boat for $10.
