It will definitely be someone who answers your question. You have to choose. You could be philosophical and choose someone who gives a whimsical answer that amuses you. You could be practical and choose the person who gives the best advice. You could be philanthropic and choose the answerer with the least number of points. You could be undecided and let the question go to a vote. You could be torn between several people and regret having to choose one of them. You could be ruthless and not give a damn about those who are unsuccessful. You could be schizophrenic and be in two minds to whom you award it. You could be disinterested and choose one at random or, and it is a big OR, you could be practical and choose me as being deserving for actually giving the Best Answer.
