Then you would be vandalizing private property and stealing, since the house is still owned by someone, though not BTK. Even if it is vacant, it is owned by anothe rindividual, or a bank. And no, I doubt you would get anything even if you did try and sell such a worthless item. You need a life. Now!

I dont think much if any thing for one he was/is a sick man, it is kinda disrepectful to the victims, and how can the buyers be 100% sure that the are real. Also if there is someone living there that is considered stealing so... gl
