I get that feeling at work all the time. I also think about going through the motions to hang myself from the ceiling just to see how long it would take my coworkers to figure out what I was doing.

oooooh that frightens me because I work on the 3rd floor and the building is so old it has no screens in the windows, I be tempted to jump out the window to see how vulnerable or invulberable I am then reality hits. I will die from that fall. And wait I work @ a psychiatric hospital.

I've stopped my girl from doing that many times with her family.
