it is a naughty expression, a flirting one with a strong sexual suggestion, which if translated would mean "Can I lick you?"

Could be several words: slurps kita u likes.

Slurp is english: to eat with loud sucking noises,
kita = you
u= you
likes = like.

So it's: I will eat you, will you like that?

Maybe better would be: "Would you like me to lick you?". I hope a very, very good friend asked you this. However, it gives me an idea, I may ask my Filipina girlfriend that question and see what happens!
