i bought coach eyeglasses but they came with demo lenses...the problem is that the demo lenses have writing on them...it says coach....i wanted to kno if there is any way to get the lettering off.....some one told me nail polish remover works...but if anyone else knows something or someway i can take it off please helppp

Try using Alcohol and see if it works. If that doen't work then I know that Acetone will work but you have use it carefully and very little or else it will damage the lens.

The nail polish/acetone will sometimes fog the lens. Take them into an optical and ask for plano non-prescription plastic lenses. This is a cheap alternative and made specifically for that reason. I used to work in an optical where they wanted us to wear glasses all the time, and I do not have a prescription....but have failed many times at trying to remove the markings on the demo lenses. The plano lenses are super cheap, just don't let them talk you into any add ons.

Take them back...nail polish remover could scratch or damage the lense.
