Now days the unemployment offices have the option to file online, (in Oklahoma they do), if you are not sure what its called, just type in unemployment office and your state, the website come up in a search.
it isnt hard. if they dont have the option to file online, they surely have information on their website. also try looking in the blue pages section of your phone book, their office numbers should be there as well.
good luck

You go down to the state unemployment office and fill out forms. Dress comfortably and take a large book to pass the hours in line.

Go to your local unemployment office and fill out the application. After that, the unemployment office will review your application to see if you qualify. After you finished applying, they will interview you on what happen at you last job and why you no longer work there. Once you finished interviewing, they will interview your local employer to see if the stories match. If they match, you got unemployment.
