that's not a question, that's a statement. I've never heard CCR's "have you ever seen the rain" sung so poorly! this fool is making money singing like someone in a karaoke bar

I agree. How it is that he wiggled his way into the music industry boggles me. His voice sounds as if he been smoking for 50 years. His groupies consist of starry eyed elderly ladies,even those are few. He must have known someone top in the music industry who had excess lyrics otherwise not worthy by the popular groups. I have no other answer. Mystery akin to the lock Nessi monster.

Do you have nothing better to do than find fault with other people?You must have a pretty dull life.You certainly are entitled to your opinion but please keep it to yourself.Some people like to hear Rod Stewart sing myself included and in reference to one one of the other answers,I am not a starry eyed elderly lady I am 35 and like Rod Stewarts music very much.

I like Rod's 70s work, but I find him embarrassign in recent years doing slow 'standards" crap. This guy USED to rock..& good too.
