im 15 yrs old and my parents are divorced. my father doesnt pay child support. is it possible when i turn 18 an then sue him for it? or is it to late then? i am not to sure where in the u.s. he might be. he is a cross country truck driver. thank you for your help.

You need to start getting your money now. Have your mother call a lawyer and get it ordered for him to pay your child support. They can and will pull the money strait from his paycheck once you track him down. If he hasn't been paying then he will have to pay to get cought up even if it means paying your mom past your 18th birthday.

you mother has to sue him for support to help her pay for your upraising but once you go to college you might beable to sue him to help pay for it since he would have to pay your mom up until you done with high school or collage so you might be able to get money from him after 18. most father who pay support go to court once there child in college an have the money sent to the kid since the child don't live at home anymore an the mother doesn't have to pay anything.

No you cannot sue him for it. Only your mother can have the state to after him for non support.

it don't hurt your dad to pay child support just three more years your mom should call a lawyer and go to court

The court ordered him to provide funds to your mother...not you. She should be suing him as a deadbeat dad.

No - only your mother can collect the child support. If he is working -they should be garnishing his wages for it.
