Has this happen to you and what could be wrong with me?
I'm on the pill (birth control).
I'm on my second week on this pack and I started to bleed.
What is going on?

It is either spotting or breakthrough bleeding. It is perfectly normal. Just wear a pantyliner.

I dont think thats normal, It may be just a reaction. Maybe using a birth control patch or the NuvaRing.

talk to your doctor

did you miss a day or 2? if you have not missed any or messed up your pill taking schedule you should go see your ob/gyn asap
