I believe so, because they are better now that last year. Even in games they end up losing, they still never quit fighting. I think they have a lot of talent and promise on their team. They have a great core of players in Eddy Curry, David Lee, and Jamal Crawford, they just have coalesce a bit more, and quit turning the ball over so much. There have been a lot of people talking bad about the Knicks, but I believe this team is on it's way to being a top contender. In two more years, the Knicks will be great again. Isiah gets a bad rap, but he's actually gotten his players to believe in themselves again, and that's crucial to success. I can see it in Marbury and Curry for example, they are believing in themselves, and David Lee is just fantastic, that kid is amazing.

Actually, if you watch their games now, they are starting to look much more like a team. They have gone to overtime a lot of times this season, so they are definitely competing. And how is anyone on there overrated? Curry should have been an all-star but instead was snubbed. Haters will hate they Knicks no matter what they do, just wait a couple more years, the Knicks will show everyone and be great again.

Of course they are...they were so far off track last season, I think there was no way they could be any worse. I don't know if Isiah Thomas has shown the progress that James Dolan talked about over the summer, but they are definitely a better team than last year.

According to a lot of espn Analyst they are,but I think they are on the right track they got to fix shooting guards between marbury, francis, and crawford.trade 2 of these 3 players for an all star player or somebody on the rise and they'll be a serious contender.

Not really, if anything they're not getting any worse. Their team is full of large contracts and overrated players. Drafting Renaldo Balkman 20th and Mardy Collins 29th hasn't been great or at least not yet. The only time they looked like a team was against the Nuggets and we know how that ended up

Got to get rid of the five point guards on the roster. That might help. Curry is ballin, and Lee is just getting better all the time.
