I just had the convo with a friend so they called up some people and asked them, she even called 411 and asked them. Everyone said the same thing... It would eventually go into the blood stream. It might get you buzzed but the amount of alchol it takes to get you drunk you would have to sit in the bath for days on end and still it would be like drinking one beer every 12 or so hours. It would never get you drunk, it would most likey just dry out your skin and perhaps even get you sick.

Wow. That's an interesting thought... I never thought about that one... I suppose it'd have to be some seriously strong stuff, and you'd have to sit in it for like, a couple days maybe... But I don't think you'd get "drunk" by it... Maybe a bit woozy... of course, the wopozy would come from sittin in a tub for days, and having no water, or food... I'd hope during your experiment you can aim for the toliet waaaay over there, without leaving the tub.....? It wouldn't be good to pee in in the tub... Yellow liquor is nasty!

;o)

Um, I'm pretty sure that you'd just smell like liquor. Plus, it would be a terrible waste of it. I would suggest taking a bottle in the hot tub with you. I think it'll probably have the effect you're looking for.

You get drunk because your body does not process alcohol fast enough. The excess is carried around in your blood until its processed. Your liver processes about the equivalent of one 1 1/2 half ounces of 80 proof per hour.
The alcohol we refer to is what is ingested into your stomach.
You cannot possibly absorb that amount through osmosis. The amount absorbed would be very minimal.

I never sat in a tub full of liquor, but I did try a jacuzzi full of soap suds, that's fun!

Not possible...you must get drunk from the inside out, not the outside in. Although if you had the money a tubby full of Tequilla would certainly be pleasurable.

Sit in it that's gross and a waste of liquor. but i think in order to get drunk it would need to be really strong liquor.

No, things just don't get absorbed like that through your skin and into your bloddstream. Even if it did, it would be so minute, there'd be no effects, i.e. you would not be drunk from it.

You can use beer in an enema, and it is suppose to get you really drunk,in fact it sometimes is deadly. So i suppose that it could maybe get inside of you?
