Don't know the techy term for it but is commonly known a 'Mile A Minute' - grows like lightning - be warned though - it can and does choke other plants - I have seen these grow 6 - 8 inches in a day in the right position

I have one that is running all down a 50 foot long fence and it has lovely white flowers when it is mature and in flower
