I have taken my baby to get a paternity test. He is the father and still tells people that she is not his. My exbf friend says that my ex tells people that my baby can by my ex hubby or a coworker. I just dont know what do do or think please help

If you have the proof then make copes post it at his work with the help of a friend go to court and file a suit for child support maybe he feels he is too young or that if he denies it then it will not be true but it is and talk to him to get him to see that the sooner he accepts it the better off he will be or seriously posting a bunch of copies saying you are the father with the dna results and you and the babies picture all over his work and car will let people know how much of an azz he is for lying or better yet send the copies thru the interoffice mail to all employees or post it in the break room, mens room, womens room etc to make him look like the fool he is all of this may seem a bit childish but if he is the father and lies about it either people will think that you are a s!ut and if the truth is posted out there then they will no he is worthless and lies how can he be trusted so take your pick of how to handle it but it sounds like hes a butt head and a dose of reality could really shake him up although the posting pics thing may piss him off think of how long he has pissed you off by deny her a father and with out just cause good luck

i think you should just forget what he saying. don't let it get to you if you already did the paternity test and got the results. if the results came back saying he is the father and he still says he isn't he is just being immature or not wanted you to make him take responsiblity. well i say you should take that paternity test and go to court for full custody and child support. even if he doesn't want to admit the baby is his the courts will make him at least pay child support if the parternity says he is the father. well, i hope all works out and good luck cause i know what a pain this can be cause my best friend is going through it right now.

If you have a paternity test.. it does not lie. Take his A$$ to court and make sure he pays child support. Then when the Judge tells him that the baby is his.. he'll just have to shut up! Do not let him make you crazy. Just prove him wrong and make him look like the idiot! Good luck.

Just make sure he pays child support on time, and garnish his wages the first time he is late. Any time he gets a pay raise, go back to court and get child support refigured. Its too bad for your child that she won't have a father in her life, but it will make your life a lot easier not having to worry him. If your coworker or exhubby are willing, they could threaten to sue him for slander for saying things about them that he knows are untrue.

Don't worry about what your ex says. Just concentrate on you and your beautiful baby.Get paternity test and child support.If he does turn out to be the father than he will have made himself to look the fool.

Been there and dealt with it. As long as you know that the baby is his, don't worry. Make sure he pays his child support and try to ignore him. He is just mad and he knows that it is getting to you so he will continue to do it just to make you suffer. Don't let him do that to you. Just take care of your baby and things will eventually smooth out. Good Luck!

Well, your baby doesn't need a father like that anyway and you don't need a man in your life like that either.
Just get your maintenance and tell him to sod off,there'll be some one else one day and you'll beable to put all this behind you.Keep your chin up.

You don't HAVE to do anything. DNA tests don't lie. File for child support based on the DNA tests and see how far his saying the baby isn't his goes..
