A lot of people don't know how to control their emotions because they don't understand them or don't know how to. Or, they feel better just letting them out. But, to let your emotions to override your common sense is not good. That is someone who doesn't know how to cope with their feelings and the situations they are in.

I'm a robot. I've never been overly emotional. While it has suited me just fine, it can bother others. They wonder if I have any feelings at all. I do have feelings, lots of them. I just don't share them. It's a rare moment that I share my feelings.

All the time, at least your alive though. Theres so many people out there with no heart, no glimmer in their eyes. Just dead to the world, better destruction than nothing at all.

i've gotten near the point of self-destruction. i remember my first real boyfriend. we were the talk of the school. b4 we started going out, we were friends. i really liked him alot and i thought we would last. we went out during the last week of school and over the summer, then at the begging of the new school year. he changed, started telling people i was a stalker and all types of lies for attention. then, out of nowhere....some girl gave me a note that said "i don't like you". i went up to him, and we were arguing in the hall way. i was so broken. i thought that i was ugly and unwanted. i really liked him. then, i realized he wasn't worth it and i shouldn't be pressed over anyone like that, so i then i knew i needed to move on and not let his stupidity bring me down...besides...its his lost (he eventually came running back-but i never took him back, but i did forgive him)

Yes, and it really sucks. You know better, but you can't help it because emotions have a funny way of overriding all other thoughts
