After you have the 5 mechanical point on the sims 2 for ds how do u defeat optimum Alfred?

Every time i try to steal the blueprints from optimum alfred he keeps kicking me out of the room. Does anyone know how to defeat him?

this is from the gamefaq.com walkthrough for the sims 2 ds ready
defeat optinum alfred
werar your rat suit. go 2 the sun deck. he is at the opposite side.
do not go near him, he will hit you. go scare go ratarang him and kick him. he will fly off. nearby should be 4 more robots go take care of all of them. now alfred should be back. go fight him. he will run off and there should be 4 more robots beat them. then alfred should be back. fight him and that's all alfred blows up and you stand there like an idiot on the roof as the credits roll
