Ciber sex is definitely cheating. You are sharing intimacy that should be saved for your signifigant other. This is behavior for a single person (if you are into that). If you don't want to be in a relationship, get out of it. If you do, you have to leave that behavior behind.

I think it depends on the attitude of the person doing it. They maybe doing it because they are bored or just need a little extra attention. Just remember that they are really only having sex with a machine. If they start meeting the people then yes it is cheating. If not I think it is probably just a form of entertainment.

it differs according to cultures ..
some will look at any action twards the other sex as cheating ! even if a little talk , or a smile ...
for me ; tthere is nothing that is cheating ..
one does what he like to do .. and the other would react this way or that way !!!

I look at it this way... if your partner would be mad if you did it... it might be cheating...
If you feel guilty about it... it might be cheating...
If you are afraid to tell your partner about it... it might be cheating...
If you have to ask the question.. is it cheating... it might be cheating...

Anything that takes your sexual attention away from your partner to someone else--whether it's through cyberspace or a workplace fling, or a full-blown affair IS DEFINTIELY CHEATING!!!

Yes.... Cheating does not have to be physical. If you are doing this it is not fair to you partner, it is emotional cheating and is wrong.
