For the Brigham book, city= New York City, Year=2006, and pub=PublicAffairs
For the Record book, city=Carlisle, Pa., Year=2004, and pub=Strategic Studies Institute, U.S. Army War College. Also, in my catalog it comes up as an electronic resource. Also, there are two authors listed, on is the name that you gave and the other is W. Andrew Terrill. Good Luck!

Check an online library catalog. This information is usually part of the cataloging, and a link from the books' main screen should make it available.
I think you can also get it from the amazon.com listing.

they should both have them on the copyright page.
