Whichever one gets the nomination. I won't be voting Republican for a while.

I plan on voting for Barack Obama. I am tired of all the so called "experienced" ones that have touted that tripe on both sides of the aisle. If they were so experienced. they all should have had the balls to stand up and say no when Bush decided to take us to war in Iraq when that country had nothing to do with the attack on this country
Barack Obama has supported the war in Afghanistan but has from the very start said that invading Iraq would be a mistake.
In the IL state legislature, he had demonstrated an ability to work with people from both sides of the aisle and was able to author legislation for the Earned Income Tax Credit for low income families, worked for legislation that would support residents who could not afford health insurance, and helped pass bills to increase funding for AIDS prevention and care programs.
While running for the seat he now holds, he was endorsed by the IL Fraternal Order of Police because they felt he was willing to compromise when necessary even though he believes in some form of gun control.

Hopefully neither, we had enough of the Clintons-Bushs running the country since 1980-under Reagan til present and I don't care for Obama who backed the pro-war Leiberman and lacks experience. I'll vote though right now undecided...

It is a secret vote. You are not supposed to ask another how they are going to vote! It is none of your business. To ask who they prefer would be more appropriate. I am really surprised at the number of people who give you an out right answer to your question. If I were you, I wouldn't believe half of them. What makes you think they are telling the truth to such a personal question?

Ralph Nader! Independent
Since both Republicans and Democrats ignore the American people - they must be one and the same!
The only way out of this mess is to vote for an independent!
We need to vote for someone who is for America - not for someone who supports only foreign policy, lobbyists, contracting and ousourcing

As a registered republican, I'd be reasonably happy with almost any Democratic candidate, but it's some of the republican ones that scare me. So- I'll place my primary vote where it can do the most good- in the Republican primary. I'm looking for a fiscal conservative, environmentally friendly, social liberal, good manager who's adept at foreign relations.

I can't vote yet, but if i could i would definitely go for Obama. He seems like he knows what he is doing, he is going to try to improve education, which is very important, he is going to try and save the environment, which is severely needed. he is going to dig us out of the hole that bush put us in. my overall impression of hillary is that she knows what she is talking about, but isn't as much of a go getter as obama.

Apparently you have not done research on either of these two candidates. Whoever gets in will either make US better or worse and we'd better know what we're doing this 08' election.

It depends on which one gets the Democratic nomination. Anything could happen.
I don't think either one will be the next president: John McCain will be the next president. I don't like that scenario, however.
