Who is blocking you? And from what?
If they are blocking you, are you paying for the service they are blocking you from?
Are you paying for the internet connection?
Are you trying to get around a school or corporate network?
Is it worth getting expelled, fired, or loosing your internet connection just to do whatever you are trying to do?
