I hacve a mitsubishi 3000gt vr-4 and was thinking of adding the greddy twin turbo kit,what other mods R needed

I was going to raise the boost to 20psi. would i have to upgrade the pistons and cylinders as well?

It can handle the boost. It's the transmission that can't. The worst AWD transmission ever built. You'll crack the case before blowing the engine.
