I am a 19 year old, mature, and relatively good girl. But my biggest problem is my absolute lust I have for a married man. I'm not the religious type, but I'm not going to mess around with a married man. Most nights I can't even sleep, it's like an obsession. So how can I control this lust I have for him?

He hasn't led me on, and he doesn't know I like him.

Stay away from him! Make sure you do not talk to him or see him as much! A little bit of lust is always good. It keeps your life interesting, but you are right, it is not worth ruining somebodies family!!!

You are a good girl!

You have to find out why and then deal with the problem, not the symptoms.
You have an issue with the prize that you can't have.
You seem to have been hurt to the point that you don't want to chase an available guy because you can't keep them at a distance. In your mind, a married guy is a reason to not let him into your heart. If he can't get in your heart, you can't get hurt.

Can I guess that your father is not around much?

having GOD in your life would make it easier. Do not put your self in situations that are vulnerable for both of you. The main point you have to remember is if you ever get with a married man while you are single, you are playing with FIRE, best believe that when you find that special someone and get married you would not want your husband to be gettin busy with some one else

Stop spending time with him, stop seeing him. Stop filling your mind & emotions with lust filled music, movies & media. Get an accoutability partner whom you answer to in order to 'keep on the straight & narrow'. Most of all, I suggest you get spritual, get into church & ask God to help you with this.

Stay away from him. Get into a relationship with someone you like or you are attracted to as much as you are attracted to him.

You dont have to be religious. Be like me... have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Stop. He's married. Leave it be. Move on. What goes around, comes around!

Think about all of his worst attributes. ALL OF THEM! And then think of what a slimeball he is for leading you on. Just think of that stuff basically.
