I think it's the episode called "The Package", because remember Uncle Leo opens a package for Jerry and it singes his eyebrows off and Elaine paints them back on...but the doctor thinks he's mad because of the way they look?
That part was great!

I don't have a title for you, but I know the one you mean. The one where she tries to steal her charts, and go to a different docter with a clean slate. That one was funny.
