The YMCA....sorry for your trouble :( been there....id ask a friend personally who doesnt live in your building but YMCA is a place where you can get a shower if all else fails.

You can go to a relative or a friends house that is close by or you can find a people shelter and tell them that your water is out and ask if you can use their shower.

call the health dept.they will make someone get you running water. this is major health code violation.

I would try the nearest fire department. they have live in quarters.
