Well, it's natural to crave certain things when you're pregnant. It seems the cravings are different for each person. I craved milk like there was no tomorrow. I drank more than a gallon a day during my entire pregnancy. I even cried when it was late at night and we ran out. Right after I gave birth, the cravings were gone.
So, just enjoy your ice and don't worry about it! You're perfectly normal!! :)

It's a mineral deficancy...so they say. And, ice is calcium. But, I wouldn't worry about that I'm sure your taking prenatals. And, logic tells me if your body needed calcium you'd crave milk, yogurt, cheese or something more sensible!

I remember doing that my first pregnancy, I would not just suck on it, I would chew it--I loved the crunch. When I'm not pregnant my teeth are too sensitive to chew ice.
