I have done swinging and still do. It has made our love life stronger. Meet great friends plus satisfy all our sexual urges.

I've never done it........but have heard about ppl doing that..and sometimes it does break up the marriage or relationship....others have a mutual understanding.......and get off on it* It's really up to the people involved.
