As I want a sample of superconductor material for my project.

Well common lead is a superconductor at 7 K, but of course you would need liquid helium to cool it.

I suppose you want one of the new "high temperature" superconductors, like Yttrium barium copper oxide, or YBCO. The first source below tells you how to make it. You will still need liquid nitrogen to cool it below 92 K, because it isn't a superconductor above that temperature. Fortunately liquid nitrogen is readily available in almost every country.

There is no known material that is a superconductor at room temperature.

(EDIT) OK, I googled up the second source. They are a U.S. company but their order form (see the 3rd source) does seem to indicate they ship to India.

You can get a small sample from Edmund Scientific for about $50. Most industrial suppliers like American Superconductor will probably want you to buy way more that you'd want, but sometimes you can call industrial suppliers like that, explain your situation, and they'll give you a free sample.
