Reality is the physical states and processes of the world, which functions independently of observation or conscious thought. There is an external reality independent of our awareness of it.
Probably.
It could also be that everything is an illusion (and if it were a good enough illusion, there'd be no way to prove it wasn't), but there's no reasonable cause to assume that.
There's also no way to definitively prove that there's an external, independent reality (no way that's as clearly logically necessary as "I think therefore I am"), but it's a pretty safe pragmatic assumption..
Illusions do exist, but it is the illusion that exists, and not what it misleadingly represents.

90% of reality is what humans don't have the power in their current state to see, feel, hear, touch or otherwise sense in anyway. As a big part of reality around us are angels. There are two (one good and one bad) primarily assigned to each human and these angels both are active in regard to much of what we do, think, and say, but most of the time almost without exception, we sense only thoughts that indicate such.
Reality also includes the power to transcend the boundaries of time and place and physical space.
Absolute truth is a reality that humans often don't believe.
God is a reality that many people do not understand even in a small way and many do not believe or they have wrong beliefs about.
Humanity's best source for what is real is the Bible which is the word of God. There is no other source to give us reliable information about reality. The Bible accurately predicts the future and includes internal proof of that.
There are sources that work on humanity to confuse us about reality. Humans see many manifestations of these deceptive attempts to alter our sense of what is real. For example wicca, witch craft, black and white magic, belief in communication with the supposed dead, satanism, islam, catholicism, sunday worship, mormonism, materialism, scientology, atheism, agnosticism, hinduism, other eastern religions, tribal belief systems, hollywood, anti creation evolutionists, communists, socialists, and any other belief system that is not 100% founded on the only true Word of God, the Bible. There are only about 13 million people alive in the word today that understand what I have just written above. Only a little over 1 million live in the United States. Almost all other people on the planet today reaching to almost 6 billion do not have the correct understand of reality.
This is a terrible shame and this situation has been devised organized and implemented by one leader of the underworld for the past 6000 years. Do you know that person? He knows you. And he knows you better than you may know yourself. And there is more, he is hell bent on destroying you without you even realizing it until it is too late. Do the odds seem stacked against you? Well they aren't actually because you have at your thought level more power than you need to at any moment successfully fight off your very powerful adversary. Will you do that?
How can you possibly now write the truth about reality without some very special guidance? How this terrible dilemma will be worked out has already been explained in the Bible, but only 1 person in 300 in the United States would know anything about how to proceed to help you. Few of those do you even have contact with in your life. Your mission should you accept is to find one of those people who can help you. Go. I have given you enough clues. You should be successful if you try really hard. But will you?

Reality is a convention, arrived at by communicating about what our senses tell us. It can change when different perspectives and information are added to the community knowledge. There are many subtly different realities; the empirical reality of science is probably the most reliable and agreed-upon because of the (relatively strict) standardized methods it applies for using our senses for collecting information.
