Atazanavir (Reyataz) may induce increased bleeding, spontaneous skin hematomas, and hemarthrosis. Since Ginkgo thins the blood and increases circulation to the extremities, I would say No, you shouldn't take it.

These are all 3 pretty heavy-duty meds. You probably shouldn't take so much as an aspirin without talking to your pharmacist or health care provider.

Maybe a safer alternative for you to enhance your memory would be the herb Bacopa. See the link below.

Generic Norvir is an antiviral medication in a group of HIV medicines called protease inhibitors. It prevents human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) cells from multiplying in your body
Take this medicine by mouth with a glass of water. You can take this medicine with food. Take your medicine at regular intervals. Do not take your medicine more often than directed. For your anti-HIV therapy to work as well as possible, take each dose exactly as prescribed. Do not skip doses or stop your medicine even if you feel better. Skipping doses may make the HIV virus resistant to this medicine and other medicines. Do not stop taking except on your doctor's advice.
