I have had dull lower abdominal pain for going on 2 weeks. Nothing really seems to make it go away, and I go to the bathroom normally. Sometimes both my sides have sharper pains. I also feel much more tired than normal, and I'm falling asleep for most of the afternoon after work, and sleeping through the night.

I'm going to make a dr appointment for this weekend, do you think I should make the appointment with my family doctor, or my gynocologist?

You can start with your family doctor and then go from there. See what he/she thinks and let that doctor do lab work and then refer you to whatever he/she thinks a specialist if you need one, or to your gyn. I will say a prayer for you. I hope you feel better.

Family doctor. It could be a variety of things, or nothing at all. Your symptoms sound like Fibromilaija though. Very common, has a lot to do with sleep and pain. Bring all the symptoms with your dr. They will perform any test from there.
Feel better soon!

You might want to try your family doctor first. It could be anything. Get a general check up, where they examine urine, weigh you, maybe take blood tests, and where you can talk about all the symptomes your having.
