Not necessarily "lost" but definitely without "focused direction". But if we look at we look at this closer ... anything you "hope" for is the start of a dream and/or goal. The next step is focusing that desire and taking action upon it to make it a reality. If no action is taken then yes we are eventually lost - or without hope - which is not where we want to end up.

Dear one, a man without goals and dream is just like a drunken
man. the main part in every body's life is his thought and wishes and without that we can't pull on. all the great had dreams and that's why they were successful in life and became great.
so try to think and be sure that out thought become things

i would say no, because goals and dreams give you a direction. if you have no goals and/or dreams than you can not be lost.
lost is just not knowing what your goals or dreams are. i would say i am lost.

no, because some people live life freely...they just live day by day with no plans they just take what comes at them. now I didn't say that is the easiest way to live, it is good to have goals and dreams, espeically these days.

maybe not lost but most likely sad depressed feeling like no one understand you maybe even the feeling of being lost feeling like everyone is out to get you.. and everything that goes with that!
Lazy unmotivated and worth nothing more so then lost!

If you mean if you'll be with no direction, yes, you could. Life would be messy or boring with that.
