Well, Adam and Eve are fictional... but according to the myth, Adam and Eve were the only humans, so who else could he have married? Besides, I don't even remember them being married...

There was not a wedding service. Who would have officiated? Marriage is the last sacrament of the church. It came from society, not the church. Adam & Eve Were mythical characters used to tell a story of why there is evil in the world.
