Nose picker, nose picker if he catches you your through, poor little boogies can't get away fingers after you all day, I would have to say this to all who pick, so anyone can be a Boogey man.

hes a fictional character made up by parents to keep their snot nosed kids in line by telling them if they didnt stay in bed the boogey man would come and eat their toes.
