if so, call the CC company NOW and file for the CHARGEBACK on the missing item.
if you would like, i can take a look at the seller for you.
please email me with the item #s and details of what you got and what you didn't get.
i'll see what i can do for you.

I think you'll get your money back. At least that's what eBay and PayPal claim when they suggest using their services for "security reasons". Did you purchase all items from the same seller? If so then it's strange that the last one didn't arrive, - indicating a lesser probability of intentional deception. Unfortunately things happen such as sellers being in the hospital or even dead thus having no way of shipping the items. Anyway, you should argue your case with PayPal. As for sellers out there, beware of doing business with Nigerians. They use fake names, e-mail addresses and then send you fake PayPal payment confirmations. These guys usually bid on higher priced items - anywhere from PDA's to Laptops etc... then outbid everyone. In the end, if you're not careful you'll end up shipping your goods without receiving a penny.
cliff1224: PayPal is owned by eBay, so you're really dealing with the same people.

If you are a buyer on ebay and a month or so later you decide you don't like the item or if you sold it to someone else that didn't like it and wanted their money back, just tell ebay that the item was not as described, Paypal will give your money back and you can keep the item. This happened to me on a $300.00 item, even got positive feed back, then 23 days after the item had been shipped the buyer complained to paypal and got their full amount out of my paypal account. You tell me, Is This A honest outfit?

I had the same thing happen - you aren't dealing with Pristine Primatives - are you? I gave her negative feedback - she threatened me with the same - I also filed complaints with both eBay and paypal. The seller eventually refunded me my money for the item that she never sent. I in turn removed the negative feedback.

Keep pushing paypal. Or the credit card it's drawn from, if that's how it was pulled through paypal. I only use a credit card through paypal, since it gives you an extra layer of fraud protection, since Visa claims zero liability for online fraud. Heck, I've even bought visa gift cards and used them through paypal, just to make sure my personal account info can never, ever get out anywhere.
Good luck.

I have only had one problem with eBay. I filled a dispute with eBay and after the amount of time eBay gives the other party to respond to the problem they returned my money with no problems. Pay-pal can't help you have to go through eBay.

Contact E-bay and tell them what happened. Perhaps they can have someone investigate it for you.
