I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for, but typically a paper has three parts - the introduction, the body, and the conclusion. The simplest way to think about is - the introduction tells the reader what you (the writer) plan to do, the body does it, and the conclusion tells the reader what you just did. The introduction can also include information about why the phenomena you are writing is important. Good luck, hope this helps!

I think a word is missing. I think it's either "how" (as in "...about HOW women work harder than men") or "that" or "WHO" (as in "...about women THAN/WHO work harder than men").
