Slow down and figure out what you're feeling--crashing around without a definate direction causes more harm than good most of the time.

I have totally gotten that feeling. more times than one, and in that situation, i just go with what i feel, like vibes or whatever. I try to look out for thinks that can be taken as signs as well.
