soak your shirt in cold water then add salt to the stain this should remove the blood stain leave the salt on the shirt for 1/2 hr , rinse and repeat if necessary

If it hasn't been washed and set yet, cold water and soap. If it has been set, there are soaps specifically made to break up the proteins in blood. The oxi ones should work.

get shirt saturated with cold water..the pour peroxide over area..let it foam up several times..repeat until stain is gone. good luck.
