No, they are not. This is stereotyping.

I'm naturally blonde - and I'm not a bimbo!! lol
I passed all my exams and went on to do a degree (when I was 30!) in psychology, I've had my share of 'clever' jobs but now have a job I am happy to wake up to every day! So the brains aren't strictly necessary!
On the other hand, my eldest daughter - (19, natural blonde) has to try really hard in anything that requires brain power, and seriously can say the stupidest things!! lol
So, no, not ALL blondes are. It's the same as any other hair colour, some are smarter than others!

No, but I once saw some research done that says it is true that blondes have more fun. Whether this is down to how people treat them or whether their self confidence increases I can't remember.
So back to the original question - no if all blondes are bimbos then explain how my best friend holds a very respectable job, earns a load of dosh, is happy most of the time and has a very close circle of loyal friends.

The whole blonde bimbo ideology is just a sterotype that the media use to represent a group of people. It is just a generalisation and one that is used all of the time on tv and in the press. There is nothing to prove that blonde people are any less likely to succeed and go far, but people often dismiss blondes as being airheads and 'dumb' because of the sterotype and the fact it has been carried on for so long. In my opinion sterotypes are always generally bad and have negative effects as whole groups of people are put into a group and typecast.

there is non everlasting dye you need to purchase to attempt and then gauge what type of reaction from others think ofyou've got. people attempt this from time to time for activities or maybe Halloween and such. in case you difficulty about the way you'd be gained, i'd evaluate sorting out it this kind first. yet another technique will be to bypass gradually darker in the colour of hair colour you employ so as that over the years, the transition will grow to be a lot less dramatic. As for persons calling you Goth or EMO, if that concerns then you definitely do not upload to the Goth or Emo look with body piercings, tattoos, dwindled makeup beginning, fairly darkish lipsticks or fingernail polish, or dressing as a rule like a vampire. that is effective to have black hair without the Goth look so learn up on what shades you are able to placed on to praise black hair that in trouble-free terms intensify the beauty without searching like a copycat of a few crew's look. And when you're formidable sufficient to regulate your hair colour in a dramatic way, you need to not fairly care as a lot about what some people will say. you'll continually have those who like it and others who say some thing damaging because they basically donb't like the substitute. Please your self first because below all of it, it is your self assurance and delight with self which will shine through and what brings you happiness.

I am a blonde. I have a degree in applied computing and theoretical physics. (I know, what a combination!). I run a computer consultancy, I am the boss. So, no, I am not a bimbo.

You might argue that it could be a blondist statement.... equality laws blah, blah. The real question should be are blondes affected by this stereotype? It would really make the debate interesting

What about the 'blondes' who are naturally dark-haired...what's your thoughts on them?
Did you hear about the two blondes who froze to death in a drive-in movie? They went to see "Closed For The Winter."
I know...childish and unbecoming!

No. I hate feminists but no we can not generalize. However there can be some suggestibility and society labeling that may influence a number of blondes to fill more stupid than the average.
