In Test Cricket record for most Man of the Match Award is 17 times. The following players have got the Man of the Match Award 17 times.
1) Wasim Akram of Pakistan from 104 Test Matches
2) J.H. Kallis of South Africa from 107 Test Matches
3) S.K. Warne of Australia from 145 Test Matches.
Since Wasim Akram have got the Man of the Match Awards in less Test Matches, he leads the table for most man of the match awards in Test Cricket.
In One Day Internationals, the record for most Man of the Match Award is 53, which is held by Sachin Tendulkar of India. Next to him is Sanath Jayasuriya of Sri Lanka with 43 Man of the Match Awards
