It is very small, black with a white dot on it's back, a little (fuzzy), has fangs, a little brown on the legs.

Depends what country you're in. Tegenaria domestica (house spider) or steatoda bipunctata are the common ones in the UK- the latter have a very round abdomen while the former usually have white markings on their back.
