Franchises that move north or south to completely different countries and don't change their mascots bug me...
Calgary Flames --> Calgary isn't a particularly warm town. When they were in Atlanta and called the Atlanta Flames, that made sense. Why not change the name when you move?
Memphis Grizzlies --> There actually are Grizzlies not too far from Vancouver where the Grizzlies were prior to moving. The nearest Grizzlies to Memphis are in Montana. How about a new name?
