Best to use gel blush.

I don't think it would damage blood vessels but isn't it sort of a temporary fix and painful? Cosmetic blush stays on all day. Pinching only lasts a few minutes. Pain little gain.

If u pinch your cheeks, it's only going to stay pink for a short time. If you want a great "natural" blush, Bare minerals is great!! It stays on all day, even if you sweat or swim.

whilst doing your makeup sit outside or open a door/window and let the natural cool air get to your cheeks. This will make them look rosy.
