Depends on who you are! As all areas of London have there only racist issues.

Any area where you see high levels of immigrants/ethnic minorities who are not looking after their neighbourhood - it upsets the locals - well that is my observation anyway - so that sits with the East London area that some have said, and also South East London too...

I reckon East London because that area is predominately Asian and Black. And in my opinion I think there is more racial tension between Asian's and Blacks then there is between Whites and Blacks and/or Asians!
