Sometimes my phone works fine, and most of the time I cannot call out even though I have full bars. My wife has the same phone, and sometimes we will be right next to eachother, both phones have full bars, and I cant make a call....But she can. Is there a way to re-prgram the attennae or something?

The problem is Sprints network of towers and connections. There's nothing you can do about it, as long as you have Sprint.

Try turning the phone off and leave it off for a few minutes then turn it on. If that doesn't work then call tech support.

Take it back in to the sprint store. They'll just give you a new one.
