Hello,

Earlier today I ate a bacon egg and cheese croissant from our College cafeteria, and about 4 hours earlier I began having somach problems. Not necessarily stomach aches, but the feeling that I had to go to th bathroom really bad. So I did, and it wasvery loose. Afterwards, against my better judgement, I are a chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Do you think I will be OK?

Gosh I hope so. You see cheese and milk products (yes, even icecream as it's milk) are "heaty" which causes loose motion. You're better off having a banana (very good for loosies) and letting it settle. Have something light like plain toast or light crackers before going to bed. Boiled/steamed veggies like carrot, cauliflower, broccoli with a pinch of salt (as you lose salt during excretion). Avoid milk products until then. And fried bacon and eggs too. See how you feel - otherwise consult a doctor as it could be food poisoning or an infection. Get well soon!

it sounds like you have a touch of the flu- or the sandwich from the cafeteria was either bad or too rich for you

just avoid the croissants in the early morning-- and you really shouldnt add the ice cream after such an upset- silly!

You will be fine, eggs can do that to a person, especially eggs and cheese together. And the ice cream on top is also OK, you might get terrible gas pains later on, drink bubbly soda water, not pop to relief pain when you get them.
