It sounds like your phone has a software defect. Try removing the battery while the phone is turned on with the VZW logo, then put it back in and try to power the device. Also try to turn it on while it is plugged into the charger. It is extremely rare for chargers to go back. I'm assuming you have tried different wall outlets and made sure the connections are secure. If all that fails, the phone will need replacing. It will be covered for free within a 1 year warranty as long as there is no physical or moisture damage. If it is past one year without damage, VZW can send you a refurbished phone for $50.

AT&T's service is ABYSMAL the region I stay in Phoenix. I propose, i could properly be in my kitchen and function quite no longer something, and that i stay actual indoors the city. It replaced into ridiculous, and their customer help sucked too. as quickly as you look into Verizon & AT&T, they are the two going to be quite severe priced. (via reality they are in direct opposition). i'm certainly quite happy with sprint, which supposedly blows indoors the eyes of each physique i comprehend, yet no longer as in the present day as have I had a service subject in a significant metropolitan area with them. and that i bypass to l. a., Chicago, San Francisco, and stay in Phoenix. So, all in all, sprint is the creme-de-l. a.-creme of service businesses, yet between AT&T and Verizon, Verizon wins, via reality AT&T is a heat mess.
